Saturday night we were enjoying a relaxing evening. The kids were all doing their puzzles & I thought it looked like fun so, I opened a new puzzle my mom had just given me on my birthday (which by the way was great!). It was a pretty big one with quite the detailed picture but I thought it could be fun. That was at about 4:00 Saturday afternoon. About an hour later while I was still sorting through all the pieces to find all the edges, Kenny came & joined me. We became obsessed with the Puzzle.
At 2:00AM !! We went to bed! Oh It Wasn't done yet!! What strange behavior. We don't do puzzles! I felt kind of OLD. Is that from the past time of puzzles or the fact that I Just turned a year older the day before?
So, when we got home from church on Sunday we were glued to that table trying to finish. We left for a while but when we got home we worked our selves crazy & Finished at Midnight last night. Naturally I had to take a picture & post this Puzzle that consumed our weekend! It was fun & tiring, & sometimes drove me MAD, but I dare say that we might have to try it again. (A new puzzle that is). 15 hours & 1500 pieces later, & here is the finished puzzle!

I think that's great! I've always enjoyed puzzles, but my husband won't do them with me. He just gets frustrated. Before Addison was old enough to grab them and ruin them I liked to do puzzles while watching general conference. It keeps me awake and my hands occupied while listening.
That looks like an intricate puzzle. Way to go! And...HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you!!
LOL nerds! Sounds fun though actually, glad you finally finished it so you can get back to the real world ;)
cool!!
