Sad News for Me!!

In my opinion this is way too far away...but at least my voice should be up to screaming, singing & cheering capacity be then!!The Celine Dion concert scheduled for Friday at the EnergySolutions Arena has been postponed due to the singer's illness.
The rescheduled concert will take place at the arena on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2009. Tickets purchased for Friday's concert will be honored in February. Those who want refunds can obtain them at the point of purchase.
Dion is recuperating from a recurrent naso-pharyngeal infection and inflamed vocal chords.
And...How weird that it's on a Sunday?
I'm still going. But for those of you that want to go, I'm sure there will be plenty more tickets on sale now because of the date change.
Celine..I will wait for you!

I can't believe they postponed if until February, crazy! And I couldn't imagine you NOT going to this. You are one of the biggest Celine fans I know. Have a blast!!!
That is totally lame. I have no patience so this would just kill me!!! I am sorry. Very anti-climatic. Sorry.

Abby, you're lucky you are still going. My friend spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get a refund. Then they had the nerve to say "We prefer you try to sell them yourself first" She told them no way and finally got a refund. I am so jealous, tell me how it is.
I want to go!!! I have her concert on DVD and LOVE it.
