Finally! Awesome!!

Finally! Awesome!!! was Will's response when we surprised him with a trip to the movies today.

We had planned to go to Lagoon today, but the Freezing June temperatures persuaded us to make a smarter indoor decision.

We went to the new Ogden theater which was a first for our family, and we were quite impressed. With the theater & the Movie.

For anyone who doesn't know; Will is a huge Indiana Jones Fan thanks to his father who has watched all the previous films with him. It is not unusual at all for Will to dress up as Indiana Jones all day & quote various sayings from the movies. And before my mother gave him a "real" Indiana Jones Hat & Whip, he was quite content with a fishing hat & rainbow jump rope.

So, Will was in Heaven today!
The funniest part was that right when it started, they all said, " He looks Old!"

We were laughing about that. The truth hurts.

Kenadee, on the other hand "liked it". Loved the ants & gross buggy scenes, and all the kids thoroughly enjoyed their Ring pops.
Whitney was Bored out of her Gourd!! No surprise there. The only way she will sit through a movie, is if she is the star of it on a home video, or if she has an entire tub of popcorn to herself. Which we didn't have because we went to an early showing, & Kenny hates it. I know, he's nuts!

I really liked the movie, myself. I had heard a few things about it & convinced myself it was going to blow. The low expectations set it up to be a winner in my eyes. I was a little nervous that the kiddo's were a bit too young for it, but they did great.
It was awesome, finally!!
