After such a fun filled weekend celebrating the 4th & a fun night at the Drive in, my kids are so "BORED"!
Monday we did Nothing! & I mean Nothing! (the twinners were feeling a little under the weather, & honestly I needed a day to Relax!)
I guess it was a shock to their systems, because Monday night I was told by Kenadee that "we need to do FUN STUFF all the time."
She wants me to plan an exciting outing everyday. This also translates to SPOILED!

Luckily for her she has two little friend b-day parties to go to this week. Bad for me....Something about taking them to pick out a present for someone else makes me Crazy! It takes FOREVER & everything she picks is like $30. That's not happening.
I have realized that suddenly they are all getting So big & grown up. & spoiled.
Kenny keeps telling them in his mean/joking way to "STOP GROWING!!" They just laugh.
It's sad that they are getting so big...& it's sad that I'm getting old.
** This does not mean that I want more children!! Just that I want mine to stay little

You guys ARE ALWAYS doing something FUN!!! I swear if it's not bowling or swimming it's something else. I'm sure my kids wish I was as much fun as you!
If they really want to understand bored, send them to my house for a week.
Madison gets the same way....we have to bring her down to reality sometimes! It just means you are fun parents! They do grow up way too fast...I have major issues with that. I think the first 5 years should take triple the amount of time.
I feel your pain. First thing in the morning Nick will ask, "What fun things are we doing today? Are we going anywhere fun?" He even cries at the end of the day and says, "There's no more fun things to do today. I want to rewind the day." I am so worn out from fun that I can hardly function these days! Countdown 'till school starts!!!!!! We only have 2 weeks to go!
